For the 7th year in a row, OGSystems has been named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list. To celebrate this achievement, we highlighted 7 employees who have been with OGSystems for 7 years. 

Meet Claire

Claire handles all day-to-day actions that come with managing OGSystems’ contracts including NDAs, teaming agreements, proposal submissions, contract awards, and modifications. She also works with our customers to make sure our contracts are funded and running smoothly.

Describe your path to OGSystems. 

My path to OGSystems was a little unique. I was a stay at home mom with a degree in Exercise Science. I had some administrative experience and OGS was looking for part-time administrative help, which allowed me to work from home. I started there and expanded my role as the company grew.  

Why have you stayed with OGS for 7+ years? 

Working for OGS has been a great learning experience. Over the years, I have been able to learn and hold many different roles including Time and Expense Administrator, Recruiter, Facility Security Officer, Billing Specialist, and Contracts Manager. Throughout my time here I have been encouraged to take on new things and have always felt appreciated, which means a lot to me. Having a great group of coworkers is also a big plus!

What has been the most exciting thing you’ve seen in OGSystems’ evolution as a company? 

As the first overhead employee for OGS, it’s been exciting to see how the company has grown and how the different departments have taken shape. We have built an amazing team!

What hasn’t changed about OGS in the last 7 years?

The culture. Even as we’ve grown, OGS remains a company where the CEO’s door is always open and where employees are encouraged to “Own the Outcome” in everything they do.
